In the charming shadow of the Eiffel Tower, my early years were anything but idyllic. My childhood, marked by dyslexia, hardships, and personal trauma, was a testament to resilience. These trials shaped me into a fierce individual who refused to bow down to adversity. With the support of my family and the wisdom of Vietnamese Zen Master Nguyen Tien, I began a journey toward personal growth that would define my future.
My perseverance bore fruit when I became a French and European Table Tennis Champion. After working in the steel industry for a few years, I moved to California, where I met my future husband. Seeking a more meaningful work life, I pursued extensive education and work experiences to embark on a coaching career focused on health, wellness, and well-being. Driven by my passion to make a difference in people's lives, I started my coaching business in 2000.
I developed "The Healthy Chef Certificate Program" early on, collaborated with scientist Apostolos Pappas on "The Saint-Tropez Diet", and authored dozens of healthy cookbooks afterwards. For more than two decades, I worked with major organizations to promote health and wellness. I helped create food products, wellness program across various industries, and helped many individuals around the world to change their lives for the better. As an accomplished entrepreneur, coach, and author; I continue to inspire and bring positive changes to people's lives, embodying resilience and fortitude.
